Very good accomodation close to the town centre

Cleanliness, location and cost.

Lack of prompt response for my sister-in-law's room.

Loved it! Stayed with friends and we had lots of space and the breakfast was lovely!

The most important - marvellous and fab location to Windsor palace. Based close to the Windsor central train station, Windsor Castle as well as the park and the river:)))

Ideal location walking distance to a train station, that was handy. I liked my room - well-equipped with a bathroom.

Assistance was missed.

Pleasant overnight experience there. Fairly clean and gorgeous hotel, affable staff and tastefully decorated rooms. Variety of options, savoury food. Comfortable and magnificent location close to train station, and 10 minute walk from a historic royal castle. Also - so close to the centre.

The location is excellent, it was a short walk to the river, castle bars and restaurants which suited my husband and friends perfectly. The rooms have lovely touches with good quality bedding and cutlery.

Good sized and extremely pleasant unit with a nice decor. Got very comfy bed and marvellous services. Fab central location, really close to all the attractions in Windsor, all the shops and restaurants are, and a pub. A fancy hotel, my first choice in Windsor.

Everything - excellent accomodation in all respects

Most comfortable bed in a pretty & extremely well-lit room with lost of space. The facilities were excellent.

Location was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Security keypad was very handy.

There was something yuck on the headboard which I had to clean off myself... pretty sure what it was....

Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, a tv, and a welcome drink. The staff helped me with restaurant recommendations on my first stay, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for a romantic escape.

Great location for seeing Windsor and Eaton and convenient to Heathrow. I used Charles House as my base for attending various London Olympic events.

Excellent, We were a bit concerned that there was no reception as your entry through the main door and bedroom is by using the last four digits of your credit card that was used to book your room but once we got to grips with it all was fine, the rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable, everything there you would need, even an iron and ironing board. We paid for the continental breakfast which was provided in your room for the following morning as there is no dining room, the selection was good and more than you would need, the location is central to Windsor only a five minute walk to the castle, there is no parking facilities but there is a car park just round the corner and even on busy weekend we had no trouble finding a space, I would visit again and have no trouble recommending this hotel

The key code access was super convenient, and the fridge was perfect for stashing snacks.
